About Me
Welcome to my yoga space. I'm Reka, a lifelong movement lover and certified yoga instructor, trained in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha. I started practicing Ashtanga yoga in my teenage years, and over time, it became much more than just a routine — it became a way of connecting with myself on a deeper level. In my early twenties, I felt called to share that experience with others.
Through my classes, I aim to help you move, breathe, and rediscover what your body is capable of. I believe yoga can be a powerful tool to support self-acceptance, build confidence, and create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported — exactly as you are.
I’m also passionate about healthy living and mindful self-care. Alongside yoga, I practice facial acupressure and continue to deepen my understanding of the body through movement practices. I'm always learning, growing, and evolving, and I love encouraging others to do the same, at their own pace.
